As a resident of the Savannah Pointe community you have the opportunity to reserve the clubhouse for social events. The clubhouse is perfect for birthday parties, holiday parties, showers, meetings, and other small events.

Everything you will need to reserve the clubhouse can be found on this site. You can check the calendar for an available date, request a reservation, and make your payment online. You can even look at the clubhouse amenities and pictures to help you plan for your event.

Instructions

  • Check the calendar for available dates.

  • Request a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Your request will need to be approved and confirmed by management.

  • Once you receive your confirmation email, pay your rental fee and deposit online.

  • Print a copy of the Cleaning Checklist to take with you the day of your rental. Take photos of how you left the clubhouse clean.

  • You will receive a keypad code that will allow you access to the clubhouse approximately 24 hours prior to your event. If you do not have one, please call 205-267-1520.

  • After your rental, be sure to hit the lock icon on the keypad to lock the clubhouse and make sure you request a refund of your deposit and provide your feedback.

Requirements

  • You must be an owner in good standing of the Savannah Pointe Residential Association.

  • You must be present for the entire length of the function.

  • After your rental, request a refund of your deposit and provide your feedback.

  • If you need to cancel your event, please give us at least 24 hours notice or your payment may be forfeited.

  • Maximum party size: 50 guests

  • Maximum party size when using pool: 25 guests

  • You must clean the clubhouse according to the Cleaning Checklist in order to get your deposit back.

Holidays are set aside for neighborhood events and cannot be reserved for the weekend or the weekday that the holiday occurs. This includes: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
